All our candles are now made in Vancouver.
From start to finish, everything is done in-house! We design the candles, make our own silicone molds, melt paraffin and soy wax, add neon dyes and – depending on the particular style of a candle – apply 3D lettering and other ornamentation to the exteriors.

Kindly note that we make our candles as orders come in. We don’t keep stock of them. So if you’re interested in ordering them, please give us some time to make them for you.

If your candle arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We accept returns only on unused candles within 14 days of purchase. For assistance, contact us at orderdesk@madebyhumans.net.
