ORDERS
How soon can I expect my order to ship?
Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from Washington State. As soon as it’s on your way, you will get an email with a tracking number so you can stay updated all the way.
When will I get all the cool stuff I ordered?
All orders are shipping out from WA State, which means that the day you get your order will depend on your location. To give you an idea, orders headed for the West Coast usually take 3 days and for the East Coast it can take up to 7.
If you need your order ASAP (which we totally get), please get in touch with us and we’ll do our very best to find a faster way of shipping for you.
During the busy time of the holidays, we may ship select products from an Amazon warehouse to ensure you (or your loved ones) get their gift on time and with no delay.
I don’t live in Canada or the US. Can I still shop with you?
Yes! Justsend us a message via Contact Us page and let us know where you live, and we’ll be happy to give you an estimate of the shipping rates that will apply to you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
RETURNS
Can I return an item I just bought?
Absolutely! The only thing we ask is that you get in touch with us within 2 weeks from the day of the item’s delivery and that the item is in perfect condition.
What are my options if I would like to make a return?
We want you to be 100% satisfied when you shop with us and we stand behind all our products. But we’re human and, sometimes, we change our minds. So if, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your item, you can either ask for a replacement or a refund.
Please note that for orders returning a non-defective item, the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
The item I ordered is defective. What now?
In the rare instance that you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you. Alternatively, you can also request a refund.
If they receive a defective product in any way and don’t want us to send them replacement, we will refund cost of the product and if they paid it shipping charges as well.
Otherwise they are welcome to return it to an address in Washington. We will email them a shipping label they only need to put on the box and drop it at either FedEx or USPS.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
How will you use my information?
Your personal information including your physical address and email will never be sold to anyone and will always be kept private. We use email to communicate with you about your order and to follow up on an order you started but didn’t complete.
We may also share exciting product news and other cool stuff we’re working on that you may find interesting. You can always opt out from those emails by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom. We do have to warn you, though: You might be missing out on some awesome and exclusive deals coming your way!
How do I know my details are secure when I shop with you?
We take your security seriously and do not store your credit card information in our database. When you access our website you will notice that HTTPS is activated by default, so you can be sure that your sensitive data is encrypted thanks to the website-wide SSL Certificate.

Can coins get into the legs of my shiny new money bank?
Why, yes, of course! Your new pet is completely hollow on the inside, so any small coins you feed it with will fill up the entire balloon bank, including the legs.
That’s all great, but... how do I get my money out?
Just pull out the rubber plug at the bottom of your money bank. It’s a no-smashing-required kind of coin bank, after all.
